Frequently Asked Questions

Does my order include Narcan (or generic Naloxone) nasal spray?

No, NALOX-1 is a case designed to carry naloxone but does not include Narcan or any other naloxone nasal spray. You can purchase naloxone separately at pharmacies or through harm reduction programs. For more information on where to acquire naloxone, visit our resources page.

Are there any other colors available besides purple?

Currently, NALOX-1 is only available in purple. However, we plan to offer additional colors in the near future— stay tuned for updates!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship via standard ground shipping and typically arrive in 3–5 business days. However, delivery may take up to two weeks depending on location and carrier delays.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (including American Express), as well as Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Refunds are issued after inspection, minus return shipping costs and a possible 15% restocking fee. Custom and bulk orders (100+ units) are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges. What if I don't like the product? What is the refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we can only offer refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If your item qualifies, you may return it within 30 days. For assistance, please email us at contact@ncasetechnologies.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you need help, contact us at contact@ncasetechnologies.com.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they ship. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at contact@ncasetechnologies.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make modifications or cancellations.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@ncasetechnologies.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
