Policy Overview
At nCase Technologies LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions and processes for returning items and receiving a refund.

Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility for Returns:
  Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect as received. 
  To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  Certain goods are exempt from returns, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

• Non-returnable Items:
  Gift cards
  Downloadable software products
  Certain health and personal care items

• Return Process:
  To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Partial Refunds:

• Partial refunds may be issued for:
  Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
  Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received your refund:
  Recheck your bank account.
  Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges at this time. Please return your item for a refund and purchase the new item as a separate transaction.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping:
To return your product, please contact us at contact@ncasetechnologies.com for the return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Special Conditions

• Restocking Fee:
  Returns for online orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
• Custom and Bulk Orders:
  Custom orders and bulk orders (over 100 units of any product or variations) are non-refundable. This includes all products (colors, variations, etc.). Purchase orders will be honored under expected timelines based on our quotes.

• Order Processing and Shipping:
  We aim to process and ship all orders within a reasonable timeframe. Most orders will be shipped within 4-6 business days, or on the next available business day, using our chosen carrier. In cases of bulk orders, specific shipping arrangements can be made in agreement with the buyer. We process orders in the sequence they are received.
